What is more classic than the beauty of natural wood? Our 2" Ambiance Collection offers a variety of colors and stains, contrasting tapes and a decorative valance to complete the look. Select white or ivory in wood or wood alloy to coordinate with the latest in neutral trim tones or a stain in wood to accent your natural wood trim. The beauty of wood and wood alloy is timeless and right for any décor.
Our real wood blinds are made of Bass Wood. They have one coat of stain to give it that warm hard wood look. They are then finished with a Diamond-flo Finish. This finish is the same technology used in the flooring industry,achieving a 300% greater resistance to scratches over the current lacquer finish on wood blinds. This finish also has a Colorfastness which is a special UV inhibitor that protects our natural wood stain finishes from fading and our white finishes from yellowing. The Diamond-flo finish also forms a protective barrier around the slat that provides twice the life span of conventional finishes when exposed to repeated cycles of heat and moisture. Unlike current lacquer finishes, Diamond-flo will not pollute the environment. This high-tech finish produces 0.00% VOC emissions in the finishing process.
